Date a Sketch Troupe: Bitches Leave

Comments: Disabled

Just three more days and five more troupes to vie for your Valentine’s Day affection! Today we’re featuring real life- pals, Cameron Wyllie and Jamie O’Connor, of Bitches Leave.

This dynamic duo of comedy connoisseurs has been causing a bit of a buzz around Toronto with words like “majestic” and “visionary” being tossed about–but are they dateable? We asked them to fill out our simple questionnaire, so you can see for yourself.

You can also literally see their smooth jazz comedy stylings for yourself during the festival, when they’ll be performing  at the Lower Ossington Theatre on March 13th!

Name: Bitches Leave Co-Founder Cameron Wyllie
Sign: Virgo

About Me: A cool dude who’s just here to have a good time and help you realize your dreams and emotions. Also, White Guy.

People often tell me: Stop making love to me like an expert – Let me see the real you.

On a typical Friday night I am: When I’m not practicing high impact yoga or teaching my online sommelier correspondence course, I’m out on the town, visiting any number of high end Banh Mi restaurants, meeting beautiful and interesting women on Public Transportation, or chaperoning Bitches Leave Co-Founder Jamie on one of his many Internet dates. To meet Cameron, Mash 63636 on your computers numeric pad now (make sure num lock is on)

Favourite books/movies/tv shows: I like to read from the Choose Your Own Adventure series of books, and use the lessons learned within to help me choose my own adventures in the real world.

Three things I could never live without: Hope, Love, Mountain Dew Code Red.

Name: Jamie O’Connor

Sign: Captive

About Me: If you’re reading this, please get help. Cameron has kept me chained in his basement for months, demanding I write hilarious, visionary sketches for our “duo” Bitches Leave.

People often tell me: Jamie, you don’t get any gruel until I get eight more premises about how handsome and white, I, Cameron Wyllie, am.

On a Typical Friday Night I am: Friday starts with the “pitch meeting” where I describe the sketches I’ve come up with in the last week from memory. I used to write them down, but Cameron took away my pencil after I almost used it to escape that time. Then, after he rewrites most of the scenes to be about a character he calls “King Kam”, we do our weekly show for the assembled rat corpses. If the rats like it I get pizza sometimes.

Favourite Books/Movie/TV Shows: Whatever I can make out through the floorboards.

Things I could never Live Without: My hope of one day escaping this hell.
