The Steam Whistle Sketch-u-Bators

Steam_Whistle

A private party for TOsketchfest performers and volunteers! Steam Whistle provides the drinks, you provide the entertainment. Perform up to 5 minutes of whatever: try a new sketch, play a favourite that didn’t make it into your set, swap sketches with another troupe… Anything goes, and it’s up to you!

Find a TOsketchfest producer at Comedy Bar on either Saturday night to put your name on the performer list starting at 11:00 pm. We’ll try to get through the whole list before we run out of beer!

Improv Sets at The Second City

second_city_box_TORONTO_logo

The Second City Toronto is known for their legendary sketch comedy and stellar improv. Second City is home to many famous alumni; Tina Fey, Steve Carrell, Lauren Ash (she’s one of our faves AND she’s CANADIAN!), and it is the premier place for improv. We are offering you the opportunity to play the improv set with the current mainstage cast (Ashley Botting, Craig Brown, Sarah Hillier, Allie Price, Connor Thompson and Kevin Vidal), after their show.

It is on a first come first served basis and there are limited spots available. Dates are TBD but email Ashley if you would like to be considered for a space to play with this fun cast!
