Toronto duo HAIRCUT (Allison Price and Patrick Smith) like to spice things up physically and musically on stage. However, they are often best represented when compared to Barack Obama in a tuxedo t-shirt, because it says that they're formal but that they like to party too.... while changing the world one sketch at time.... yeah, they like that.
