By connecting your business to SketchFest, you’ll invite Toronto audiences to 6 nights of laughter on 2 stages featuring hilarious performances by a juried selection of the 50 best sketch comedy troupes in North America. You’ll furnish over 200 artists with FREE, top-notch professional development sessions by leading professionals and decision-makers in the entertainment industry from commercial theatre, radio, television and film. You’ll contribute to the development new festival programming.

The Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival has established itself as an important part of the sketch comedy circuit in North America, emphasizing fair compensation and free professional development for comedians. This year’s TSCF line-up will feature a strong contingent of Toronto troupes, as well as a wide selection of acts from comedy hot spots such as Montreal, Calgary, New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Halifax and Seattle.

It’s a week of merriment and mingling - smiles and handshakes - mixers and inspiration. Most of all, it’s a week filled with the wonderfully infectious sound of LAUGHTER!

In addition to the November festival, the TSCF produces comedy events and performances throughout the year. In 2008, examples include The City of Toronto’s Wintercity 2008 Festival, and Sketch Com-ageddon (an apocolyptic sketch comedy competition at Toronto’s newest comedy venue, Comedy Bar).
