Yep – our friends from Halifax have been very busy beavers since we saw them last at TOsketchfest in 2008. They’ve expressed their comedic voice through virtually every form of media available. Their feature film “Rollertown” just opened the Atlantic Film Festival. “Picnicface’s Canada” was published this year, and tonight (Sept.21) they take on the small screen with the launch of their sketch comedy series “Picnicface” on The Comedy Network.
Picnicface headlines the 2011 TOsketchfest, and we thought we’d take this opportunity to take a look back at where it all started to happen for our Haligonian friends – 2007′s Internet sensation, “Powerthirst.”
