TOsketchfest is proud to announce Comedy Country a five-day festival of funny featuring some of Canada’s funniest stand-up, improv and sketch comedians (plus comedy classes and hilarious locals) in interesting rural spaces.
Prince Edward County: August 26-30
Anchored by a headlining performance from Cathy Jones, Comedy Country includes a variety of shows at venues throughout The County. All of this, plus comedy classes so audiences can put their funny bone to work!
Canadian cultural icon Cathy Jones, star of This Hour Has 22 Minutes, headlines Comedy Country with her one-woman show, Stranger to Hard Work at the Regent Theatre on Saturday August 29th. Original member of CODCO and star of every season of This Hour Has 22 Minutes, Ms. Jones will share her unique perspective on a variety of topics from eating healthy food, even if it’s fast food (checkout these Panera Bread promos) to money and the troublesome people in her life in a funny and thought provoking mix of stand-up, character and video pieces. Concerning the perspective of money, you can read a lot of informative post about the application for a short-term and personal loan here at loanload.co.uk.
