FAQs:

How to Book tickets: All tickets are available for purchase ONLINE ONLY. We do not offer telephone ticketing services. In-person box office services are available starting one hour prior to the first show of the night at each Festival Venue. There is no guarantee that walk-up tickets will be available at the venue.

Payment Methods: The online box office accepts VISA, Mastercard, Amex and VISA Debit. In person box office accepts all of these methods plus cold hard cash.

Refunds/Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. No refunds are permitted; however, you may exchange the value of your ticket for another TOsketchfest event if you contact us by email or by phone at least 24 hours BEFORE your original event starts. If an exchange is not possible, we can convert your ticket purchase to a donation to TOsketchfest, one of Canada’s only charities with comedy at the core of our mandate!

Latecomers and Re-Entry: Latecomers and re-entry is permitted at a suitable break in the performance. The volunteer ushers will let you know when it is safe and appropriate to enter the theatre once a show has started.

Ticket Fees: Ticket fees range from $2-$5 per ticket depending on the price of the ticket or pass. Fees are set and charged by our ticketing provider, and are waived on cash purchases.

Programming Changes: All programming is subject to change without notice. Programming changes will be communicated to ticket holders by email, and our website and through social media.

Children and Minors: All TOsketchfest shows are created for adult audiences, but comedy lovers under 18 are permitted in all venues. Parental/guardian discretion is advised, and we highly recommend that audience members under 16 attend with a parent or guardian.

Length of Shows: All double bill performances are scheduled to run 75-80 minutes including an intermission. Shows with a single troupe/performer are scheduled to run 60-70 minutes without an intermission.

Service Animals and Assistance Devices are welcome in all our public spaces. Support Persons accompanying a person with a disability are entitled to a 50% discount on ticket prices. Contact the box office by email, phone or in person to access this discount. We are happy to provide information through alternate communications methods upon request.

Groups:

We offer great group discounts for parties of 20 or more at all TOsketchfest shows, including reserved seating for your group. Groups of 10-19 receive reserved seating and reduced ticketing fees. General TOsketchfest AudienceTOsketchfest shows are created for an adult audience. Content may include some dirty language, suggested sexual content, suggested mild drug use and/or adult themes. While we are able to admit comedy lovers of all ages, parental discretion is advised for audience under 18.
