Creative Bio:

Accountable Comedy is the silly, surreal and emotional comedy of Becca Schall and Jessica Taylor.

Becca Schall is a Brooklyn-based actor, writer, director, and cat mom. She studied theater at Sarah Lawrence College and the British American Drama Academy, and sketch and improv at UCB and the Magnet Theater (NYC). She has created two one-woman character shows at the Magnet, “I’m Gonna Marry JTT” and “Schooled,” which also headlined at Seattle Sketchfest. Becca has been a writer/performer and director for numerous Magnet sketch teams, and currently performs with Friday-night team Nitro Girls. She has also written for Reductress and The Truth podcast. In her spare time she enjoys playing 90’s music in ukulele duo The Jagged Little Pills, doing the New York Times crossword puzzle, and generally being a decent human being. www.beccaschall.com.

Jessica Taylor is a California-born, Brooklyn-residing comedienne who has performed improv comedy for over a decade, written and performed an infinite amount of sketch comedy, and produced comedy shorts, web series, feature films and more. Jessica also writes for tech startups and for the internet at large. www.jessicataylorcomedy.com.

Together, this comedy duo loves to play best friends, best frenemies, shy kids with overactive imaginations, nice Midwestern ladies, lonely aliens, and many more weirdos. Accountable Comedy is comedy you can count on.
